A deep, stainless-steel bowl prevents splattering, especially when used with the attachable bowl shield. This mixer features a tilting head for quick cleaning and accessory attachment, and incorporates planetary action for maximum performance. With planetary action, accessories spin clockwise while the shaft rotates counterclockwise to effectively incorporate ingredients, so you'll never have to scrape the bowl. The large capacity is ideal for family-size cake batters, whipped potatoes or double batches of your favorite cookies.
